INFORMATION SHEET FOR CRICKET
To all Cricketers over the age of 35 years
As we look toward the summer of 2006, it is an opportunity for cricketers and non-cricketers alike to enjoy a friendly game of cricket with friends and team mates.
Masters cricket is open to men and women over the age of 35 as at 1 February 2006. The level of your skill is not important, the main reason to play is to be part of one of the biggest sporting events Dunedin has hosted.
Rules for Playing of Masters Cricket as used by The Dunedin Cricket Association
1 One innings of 21 overs per team. Six balls per over.
2 A maximum of 8 players per team – 6 players needed to commence the game.
3 All games must commence by 4:30 pm or with approval from Convenor and opposition captain
