• Entries close on 9 January 2012. Entries for different categories close as soon as the allocated number of places in the draw are filled
• Competitive - Open to all age groups 30+
• Social Competitive - Open to all teams 36+. Teams who have any current players must enter this grade
• Social - Open to all ex, new and non-players 36+
• Mixed - All groups combined 35+. 8 teams are required for this event to go ahead. No more than 3 men in a mixed team
• Teams must play in the age group of the YOUNGEST playe
• UMPIRES - Every team is to supply a non playing umpire, preferably graded.Umpires are to register and pay the supporter fee. A $300 fine will be charged to teams that fail to provide an umpire, payable at the start of competition
• N.B. The organisers reserve the right to regrade teams and/or merge age groups
