- 13.9km Trail Run/Walk
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Participants can choose to run or walk but should be confident they can complete the 13.9km course (approx. 650m of elevation) in under 3.5 hours.
- Participants must carry sufficient food and water, for the time that they expect to complete the course.
