Minimum Age: 30+ men & women as at the first day of competition
Events: 7.5km Hill Run
Age Groups: 30 – 34 years, then 5 year increments to 80+ years
Notes:
A 7.5km hill run of moderate difficulty that provides spectacular views of Dunedin. Most runners will finish within an hour. No walkers please.
Run starts at Rockside Road, proceeds through Ross Creek track, up the Pineapple Track and over Flagstaff, descending to finish at the Bull Ring on Whare Flat Road.
Runners are advised that the higher parts of the course are exposed and it is recommended warm clothing /jacket is carried.
