The Ricoh Check-in & Information Centre is located inside the University Union at the Otago Community Trust Games Hub.

Games Accreditation Pass
Your accreditation pass is your official entry to the Games.
You will need to display this before being allowed to compete, receive medals, and gain access to the evening entertainment at the Games Hub.
Your accreditation pass also allows you free access to all Otago Community Trust New Zealand Masters Games Sporting Venues.
Games Hub Exhibition Centre
The Otago Community Trust Games Hub will set up at the Otago University Union. The popular exhibition centre is strategically situated in the Ricoh Check-In Centre. Over 5000 particpants, plus supporters and friends, will visit the Hub during games week.
