Masters Games Manager Vicki is someone most people will recongise, with 2024 being her sixth Games at the helm.
Back in 2012 when Vicki first joined the Games she did wonder what she had gotten herself into. Pulling together a new Games team, while getting her head around an event that involved over 60 different sports, a ‘Games Village’ and 100 volunteers was a ride.
It’s the pressure and challenge to deliver something new that gets her adrenaline going. Also knowing she has had a part to play in people having a great time is pretty special.
When not working, you will find Vicki hanging out down the West Harbour taking in the views both on the water and off, or spending time with family, especially the grandkids.
